I know it's a fly of some sort, but that's all, (apart from it being on a Dandelion/Hawkbit type flower) It was just nice to get out with the macro lens for a change.

Many male Ashy Mining Bee's (Andrena cineraria) patrolling up and down my local lane this afternoon.

This wasn't today, it was last week, but we still don't have a semi-reliable internet connection (it's only been 6 (six) months, I'm hardly annoyed at all) so I'll try it again today. Great diving beetle - Dytiscus cf marginalis
