This is probably more suitable for a large garden visited by a lot of birds but I thought I would post it here as it could be used anywhere.
The company is more involved in poultry and game bird farming, which isn't my interest, but I thought this could be useful for feeding wild birds.
This holds up to 20kg of seed and with five feeding ports it costs a £27.54.
This sounds a lot but is comparable with other garden feeders, eg
An alternative is to buy the ports only and fit them to a container of your choice -
We bought some of the ports and fitted them to an old paint pot -
It is clearly not the most attractive of feeders but it provides food for a long time, uses a weatherproof plastic container that otherwise would be thrown out and the birds accept it - within in about half an hour it had been visited by siskins and coal tits.
