Yes, most likely Goatsbeard but closely related Salsify would look the same. The former is native with yellow flowers, the latter a naturalised introduction with more purple/lilac flowers in colour.

Goatsbeard yes. Did you see the flowers that give it the alternative name Jack-go-to-bed-at-noon? It closes up at 12 GMT.

Though I agree it's likely to be Goatsbeard, how are you eliminating Salsify as a possibility?
