I don’t know if you have heard the latest on Brian May’s accident however, reading between the lines I think he may well have been dehydrated at the time too which is fairly common amongst those of a certain age shall we say. The strange thing is one doesn’t feel thirsty at the time so one tends to carry on doing things as if one is still young, but hiding away is that certain age thing that now and again rears its ugly head which is what happen to me brought on by dehydration, in fact I become so ill in the space of a few minutes I really did think I was going to die.
As I previously mentioned I also received a very nasty blow to the back of my head consequently landing up in hospital with a very deep wide cut and concussion. Anyhow I don’t know if you are aware but the effects of concussion can last for months. In my case those effects being feeling unsteady on my feet similar to being unpleasantly drunk. The pain has almost gone now but I’m still suffering from sleep deprivation (note Brian’s face in the second photo) although my thought processes are perfect, making it very a strange feeling that’s difficult to describe in its entirety.
Nevertheless, Brian feels the same way as I do in regard to the state of the world (see link) in short hoping it doesn’t carry on in the same old way but learns the lessons that covid 19 has strangely enough provided us with.
