Found this afternoon between our stone wall and our lane, quite fresh and I can't really see anything obvious in it. I had the dog with me and she was not interested which usually means it's not cat poo! It seems a bit small for fox and no obvious fur / bones - the foxes tend to mark their territory on the wall or next to the remains of a meal. Any thoughts? Shirl

Possibly pine marten - looks a bit like the poo they leave around here, though would expect to see nuts or something in the poo. Another possibility - game bird. Never seen hedgehog poo so maybe go with ayjay.
When I found game bird poo (which looks like your pic), someone on Wab, said put the poo in small bowl of water, and stir it around to break it up, which I did and there were masses of tiny seeds not visible when just looking at the poo.

It's not an archetypal Hedgehog poo, the ones I see in my garden tend to be just one straightish piece.

I have to say it doesn't look like the usual hedgehog poo we have in the garden - NellyDee I would love it to be Pine Marten but I don't suppose there is much chance here. We did have a polecat in the garden a couple of years ago so could be another possibility.
