With less to two weeks to go before the big day, this is a place to share what you'd really like to see from your wildlife wish list turn up under the tree...
New high-powered binoculars? The latest fungi or wildflower identification guide? A signed photo of Chris Packham dipped in honey and rolled in sesame seeds***? The boxed set of The Hunt? Bottle of Old Grouse?
This is the place to let your fellow Wabbiers know all, (and feel free to provide a link to any Secret Santas you know of out there! This might ensure you actually get what you want. )
Any wildlife-related gifts received on the day, we want to hear about 'em, too! Photographic evidence will be much appreciated- so feel free to share.
***and before any of you get any weird Photoshop ideas, no one REALLY wants this.... that one is a joke.

What I want to know is: is it Chris Packham or just the photo that's to be rolled in honey . . . .

Oh, I think definitely Chris... imagine the difficulties of trying to wrap a photo that had been dipped in honey! Very messy. Also an alert for any of you looking for a calendar for 2016- I stopped in The Works today...a shop specialising in books, etc. in the local shopping centre, and they have a very nice wall calendar of British Birds, and another of British Birds of Prey, both for only £3 each! I got one of each. If you have one near you, it's worth going in for a look- they also had one on British Wildlife. Their on-line shop still has the British Birds and the Wildlife calendars available- the Birds of Prey might only be available in-store. www.theworks.co.uk/home
