So any idea what ive found here - apologies that they arent the greatest photos, I only had the work DSLR and kit lens - these were about 10-15 cm dia and growing in a circle in a pasture feild usually grazed by cattle (in branscombe, Devon)

Parasol Mushroom, Macrolepiota procera, or alternatively one of the shaggy parasols (I can't tell the difference) Chlorophyllum rhacodes, C.brunneum or C.olivieri. I'm not up to date with any of the sub divisions and I don't know if all these are found in the UK. Key for the parasols is the presence of an easily detachable ring on the stem, though I can't make it out in the photo.
