Took these recently- not great photos, because taken with phone camera. It's interesting how many varieties are appearing at this time of year!

The first image looks like Gymnopus fusipes (AKA Collybia fusipes) which only grows near the base of Oak. The second is an Amanita which appears to be starting to show pink tinges, in which case it is A. rubescens (The Blusher).
