Wow, beautiful, tell us about it, what size is it, what is it, where did you see it, how many like it are there, how is it growing, independently or from another parent-plant, a fascinating little tree by the looks of it! Tell us more!

I think it's just a self sown seedling, it's only about 6" high, (check out the grass nearby for comparison), not sure what species, possibly a Spruce or Pine, I'll leave the ID for someone else. That pic was taken in July 2014.
It is growing in Holmsley Inclosure, a place I visit fairly often as it's close by and usually quiet peoplewise. I'll go back soon (maybe today - I can remember exactly where it is) and take a wider angle shot to give a better perspective.
