Some from last week I cannot find - or cannot remember. Sorry bad pictures - excuse is someone (else) dropped my camera out of the car boot and broke my macro lens :'(and I am struggling with previous camera and insurance company 1) always forget this one

Thanks Nige. These were found trying out new trap at friends house in Midlands last week. Have not been able to set trap at home for ages because of weather and other commitments but this was my best time last year so hope to be coming back to you for more advice after Another try at weekend.

Might do some further checking on possible Anania perlucidalis (Fenland Pearl) as apparently rare species except possibly in East Anglia. It does look like it. But I found this one in Midlands (garden near Solihull). definitely not fenland. Reported to be extending its range. Would be glad of any other further opinions.

Actually looking at it again, it is probably heaaily marked Mother of Pearl. I had one this morning that was very heavily marked, threw me a bit.
