First one looks like a sawfly.

Yep 1 and 3 are sawfly larvae, if you can remember what plant you found them on that can help in identifying them.

Last one is of course in Geometridae.

Hi and thanks for the help. Anzu, the caterpillars were swept from various vegetation in a lowland raised bog area. There were common cotton-grass and sedges etc.
