I'd never appreciated the complexities in the small animal warning signs - I'd always assumed that it was local concerned residents who had been putting up the warning signs.
But today the Government has announced a change to the rules for such signs
Maybe I'm become too cynical but how many local authorities have enough funding and resource to be buying and putting up small animal warning signs? With Councils across the UK in effect declaring bancrupcy or reported as being on the verge of bancrupcy, with social care legal obligations to pay for, housing challenges, etc., etc. how many Local Authorities will be able to make use of these new rules?
