Plenty of bulbs popping up around the garden now and with the snowdrops flowering under the hedge the crooked hazel is well in bud and a couple of weeks ago as the little snow we had melted back you could see the red shoots and leaves of the rhubarb coming through, up about 6in now. Soon going to have to start gardening again ian

Yes.
Despite the frosty nights and coldish days we have had recently things are starting to grow.
We have our first snowdrops. They are not open yet, but will be soon.
The hellebores are also starting to flower, as is one primula.
Some bulbs are showing and the garlic is doing well too.

A few lesser Celandine leaves making an appearance around the summerhouse already.

None of the snowdrops in my garden showing any signs yet. But out on highways verge quite a lot of what I assume are snowdrops (just green shoots showing at the moment).

And of course there's the fact it's staying light for longer!
This is one thing I welcome back with open arms... I hate the long long dark nights, and seeing the obvious lengthening of the days really gives me a boost.

Technically not a wildflower, but a definite indication of spring... a bunch of mini daffodil escapees brightening up the woods near us on a cloudy day. Escapee Daffs Mar 2021 by Wabi Gallery, on Flickr

Lots of sign of spring so far even though it's felt quite wintry at times, though yesterday was lovely after a cold start. Lots of spring flowers now- the various bulbs in gardens & wild flowers like Coltsfoot & Lesser Celandine pluss masses of Cherry Plum blossom.
On the fauna side plenty of frogs have successfully spawned (most in my garden for some years), seen my first butterfly- a male Brimstone & heard my first singing Chiffchaff on Sunday. Also a few foraging queen bumblebees (all Bombus terrestris so far).
