For any new members who would like to add images in their posts...
because our host ProBoards has a very restricted limit on the number of images we can upload, the easiest way around the problem is for every member to have their own Flickr account, or some other sort of online image storage account. Flickr is probably the most well-known of the free image hosting sites, but if you prefer to use another that should be fine. I'll explain how it works using Flickr, since that is the one I am most familiar with.
Once you've uploaded a photo into Flickr, if you go to that photo and click on it, it will open full-page. In the lower right corner is an upward curving arrow... click on that, and it will open a box with a code, and four options... 'Share', 'Embed', 'Email', and 'BBCode'. Make sure the BBCode option is the one underlined, and then copy and paste the code in the box into your post here at Wabi.
After you have clicked the 'Create Post' box for your posting, that code will then appear as your image.
If you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask... someone here is always happy to help out!

I have not used it but you can upload videos to Flikr. Another alternative is YouTube.
You mentioned a short video, Tony. If you have a slow broadband connection, uploading can take a long time and editing a video will help.
If you have Windows10 videos can be edited easily if they are opened with Photos.
