It's great being back on a WAB style forum again. Let's hope it goes from strength to strength and remains hack free. The loss of WAB has saddened me, especially as I loaded most of the Rare Bird photos to the gallery over the years I was a member, but also because of the loss of contact of many of the members I called friends. I have recently returned from an 11 day trip around mainland Scotland and most of the Western Isles. I was in fact intending to stay another 7 days but the weather beat me. I got fed up of competing against the wind and rain and sometimes snow, hail and sleet. I did get some fantastic weather in-between and saw some Landscapes and beautiful beaches that took my breath away and if you go to this link you will see an array of photos I took along the way. www.coventrybirder.co.uk/main%20pages/Scotland%202015.htm Here are a few photos as tasters. Lovely shots John, shame about the weather, it's howfing down here in Aviemore again at the moment and feels pretty cold. June is supposed to be better though, fingers crossed.
