Dog walk today took me to my favorite disused railway track, lots of birds and flowers to be seen. I think this 1st photo is the most pink cow parsley flowers Iv'e seen must be the shade it's in. There's a lot of Hemlock around too this year. But the question is the 2nd photo probably an escapee. Lots of X garden plants along the track, last year the lupins were quite something. ian.

Your pink flower is Hogweed not Cow Parsley which should largely have died back now, Second is a Dianthus, probably Sweet William, D. barbatus. Nice photos!

Thanks aeshna5 must take a closer look at the leaves next time and the wife did say sweet william, who ever listens to there wife eh! and the photos are off my phone 'samsung s6'
