Firstly hello to everyone, I used to be a member on Wild About Britain but it appears it is no more a thing. I wondered why I was not getting emails any longer Anyways have a few plant I have inherited in our new how that even the best haven't been able to help me identify. I thought the one was a hydrangea (or potato lol) and the other possibly a clematis of some sort. neither have flower yet in the last 8 months or so that I have noticed but I dicd cut the shrubby one back a few months ago thanks in advance

Hello, 8ace, and welcome to Wabi!
I've edited your photos so that they are now stored on our Flickr photo page... I have to do this, because Proboards, (our host site) only allows very limited numbers of photos to be uploaded to the forum... using a Flickr account is how we get around that problem. Most members here have either a Photobucket or Flickr account, and then they link image urls to their posts. It's a good way to safe-guard your photos, too.
I've just had a look for Wild about Britain, and they do seem to be down again- I wonder what has happened this time??

Had been working okay up until Sunday evening, but was down on the few occasions I tried to gain access from early morning to the evening + still this morning.

Hi and thank you ...does this mean I have to upload them a different way... via photo bucket or Flickr?

Yes please, 8ace! The forum is pretty much up to capacity now, and every so often it won't let us upload any attachments the usual way because we've got too many. If you use Photobucket or Flickr, you're always able to post your images.
The last time I checked, Wild about Britain seems to be working again.

I'm not really sure how this photo capacity thing works, so very sorry if I put oversized pics your way - pls edit as necessary, just love the enthusiasm for wild flowers on this thread. WAB has "rejected" me (I don't post much), so I'll keep watching WABI, KR

WAB has "rejected" me (I don't post much), so I'll keep watching WABI, KR No, I'm not sure how it works, either... I have to have these techie things explained to me repeatedly. Why on earth did WAB reject you for not posting much? They have thousands of members who never post at all! I know that there are forums who require members to submit regularly, but I've never heard of that happening before at WAB. Well, you are welcome to post here if and when you want to.
