Lovely to see borage growing wild- it's never done well in my garden, I think it prefers more sun.

It is funny you should mention borage as a friend said this is borage but clearly not, as she is 95 I took her word for it where as I thought were forget-me-nots which are a member of the borage family I believe, or is this brunnera macrophylla. Yes Alan that's Brunnera. Though I've seen it self sow in gardens I rarely see it naturalised outside of them.

I think the white flowers are Valeriana, but not sure as the leaves don't look quite right

I think the white flowers are Valeriana, but not sure as the leaves don't look quite right It's not- as I said above it's Hoary Cress, Lepidium (Cardaria) draba + has the typical 4 petals of a crucifer.
