I wasn't actually taking a photo of this insect, I had zoomed in on a butterfly, when looking at the photo I realised there was this insect also, it seems almost to have cricket type legs and a long proboscis. It was very small - tiny. Any ideas please. I think it looks kind of cute.

It is just to left of top leave of flower - have blown up photo a bit more here, but made it a bit fuzzy, if you click on original photo you can see a clearer pic of it.

Ah, yes I can see it now. Not too clear but possibly a froghopper?

Thank you aeshna. Been having a read up on Frog Hoppers, never realised that they were responsible for cuckoo spit, or do other insects do the same? Have seen some plants with cuckoo spit here - not many at the moment.
