Hello, WABIans. Got a fairly feeble picture for an ID (feeling my way with the embed/link functionality, so fingers crossed). I'm fairly sure that these feathers are the remains of something quite common and that even I should know what. But I don't. I wish I'd taken a few more pictures so I could ask for confirmation as to what caught it (I think fox - other feathers were more chewed than those here, as I recall. But in the bloody mass of feathers next to this was a small piece of breast bone, surprisingly clean. Enough to raise a nagging uncertainty that this is the work of clumsy fox.) Would love to hear your thoughts, folks (few though you are as yet). (.... H... Has that worked? I don't see an image. I'll click 'create thread' and see if it all comes together as if by magic)

Any suggestions?
I've been trying to post a link from my onedrive, where the image file is stored.
Not sure I could even post a hyperlink, let alone embed the image in a post.

Hi monkeyrepublic... sorry you're having trouble inserting an image. To test if it's working, I'll try it with an image in my Flickr account... Appears to work... I just clicked on the Insert Image icon on the toolbar and pasted in the image url, in this case it was, "https://c1.staticflickr.com/9/8768/17336172530_c2b743df84_z.jpg", then clicked "save changes". I suspect either that you are using the "Link" option instead of "Insert Image" or that your image url is incorrect. A way to test it is to type it in to your internet browser address bar and press enter... it should display the image. If your "Onedrive" offers an html link option then you can just copy that part of the code that starts with "http" and ends with ".jpg". Hope that helps!
