Hi ALL..Found You..Knew you could not hide from me for too long....
I am "themoaner" (Dennis) from WAB...Was not on a lot as my photography takes up me time. I am on Facebook a lot though with my photography. Nice to see that you set up this site, though was not easy to follow to join up. Was Sad to see WAB disappear.
Will see some of you at Bemptone. Cheers.

Hello guys,
AlphaWolf here. Joined the WAB forums back when I was 10 year old, now I'am 17 and nostalgic over the loss of the site.

Quite a few new members have joined over the past few days... welcome, Ben, Teasel, Hobjob, Seamusagleann, Sunnydale, Themoaner, and Alphawolf... I'm so glad ex-Wabbers are making their way here! I'm only sorry it's not easier to find- I am trying to get us listed and linked in as many ways as possible; but it does seem that it takes Google a while before they start mentioning us in search results.

Dropped back in here yesterday, having joined a few weeks ago. Good to see how it's expanding and growing, and lots of new members, too.

I just did a google for Wild About The British Isles Forum and it turned up on the search... Even with (WABI) 421 search results.

It's a shame it doesn't show much with just 'wild about the british isles'. Also tried 'wabi forum' and this didn't give anything useful.

Hi everyone, I'm so happy to see lots of familiar names! Not sure if anyone will remember me, but I was Anzu on WAB too. Thank you for this site!

I think the owners need to use SEOs. Without that I dont think many members will even know that this site exists

Nigel Lol! Search-engine optimisation! But we can use Short-eared owls to attract other birders, like look at this beauty:
