I'm being a bit dilatory at the moment so this one is from a few days ago. Dave The gull was an accident.

Sometimes the setting sun in the west reflecting on Ben More and Stobinian (east) makes them look like dessert dunes. Last night. Sunset reflected by Helen Skelton, on Flickr

Absolutely stunning- how wonderful to see that view through the changing seasons! Alf, your fiery clouds were lovely- great colours. I am truly blessed here, not only the view through changing seasons by daily as the clouds cast changing shadows on the hills. Also, and I don't know for what reason, when there is a rainbow it is in the same place, arching across from the middle of the two and across towards Ben Challum.

Cracking colours there, Alf and a great garden view, Helen. This was during yesterday's morning walk with the dog. Dave

Dave Thanks Dave, I only took it on my phone which after a recent update can now shoot raw, allows you to tinker more with the image. I've photographed this image many times with different cameras and there's always noise in the tree line, but yep I'm quite pleased with it.
