As a guess the top one is Petticoat mottlegill (with the petticoats - the cap edges starting to breakdown) Panaeolus papilionaceus, the horse dung is a good connection: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panaeolus_papilionaceus_var._papilionaceus but other Panaeolus are possible and I'd not be suprised to be corrected by someone far more knowledgeable who would identify the speies as something else entirely. Some fungi stand out as unmistakeable - most however don't and need a lot of information to even get to species level.

These were posted on another forum and identified as Panaeolus semiovatus & Polyporus squamosus; both of which names I agree with. P. papilionaceus is similar to semiovatus but it has no ring.
