I'm having a few days away touring in my motorhome with my dog. So far I have gone into Northants, Leics, Cambs, a bit of Suffolk and now I am in Norfolk and have added 33 year birds and they are.

Had an excellent Saturday out in Hants. We missed every single rarity but had 84 species in total, my biggest day count so far. Some new ones for the year: 83) Coal Tit 84) Lesser Redpoll 85) Siskin 86) Treecreeper 87) Brambling 88) Mistle Thrush 89) Red-breasted Merganser 90) Stonechat 91) Meadow Pipit 92) Rock Pipit 93) Short-eared Owl 94) Brent Goose 95) Greylag Goose 96) Avocet 97) Grey Plover 98) Ringed Plover 99) Linnet 100) Great Black-backed Gull 101) Bearded Tit Was very pleased to pick find and ID 2 different Slav Grebes as well And a couple more locally: 102) Yellowhammer 103) Red-legged Partridge 104) Raven Nige
