I'd ordered some water plants a few days ago and they arrived today.
To keep them in good condition they were wrapped in damp newspaper. Obviously that is a good idea and I did not think anything was odd until I looked at the newspaper. It was a copy of the Daily Express from 1978!
I can imagine the company needs a good supply of newspaper but who has, or somehow can get, a copy of a paper from 40 years ago.
Beats me.

Another confusing one, perhaps I get baffled easily. In mid November I was in Nairn waiting for a bus to Inverness and noticed the timetables inside the bus shelter. As many services pass the stop the timetables don't show the whole of every route, just the times each service passes the stop. I then noticed this one - the 11C. I can understand a bus that only runs on Sunday, but can't work out why this service runs only once on Sundays and passes this bus stop at 22:58. Apart from wondering why just at that time, what has the service done the rest of the day? Dave

Have a go at this one - In Google try typing, Is the Internet By the time I get as far as the first two letters of Internet, Google offers me various alternatives for how my search might end. The first one is, 'is the Internet down' !
