A few days ago I replied to a posting but when I looked later there was no sign of it. I thought it was my mistake, eg forgetten to clip, 'Reply'.
A couple of days ago I replied to another post and this too is missing. I have to accept it could have been my error again, but because of my earlier missing post I was very careful with this second one.
Anyone else had a similar problem?
Dave

Hi Dave,
I know this may be a daft question. After clicking on reply did you click on 'Create post' to complete the posting?
Harold.

I think you have solved the problem, Harold. I cannot be sure that I clicked, 'Create Post'.
Thanks

I thought you only clicked create post if you were wanted to add a new thread? When answering a post I click "quote" and then type my reply, then click save.
On the missing post front, I knew that Rowanberry had posted a thread "More Newts than Tads this year", but could not find the thread, so I looked under Rowanberry's recent posts and there it was, so I replied showing photo of the newts in my pond having a mating session. this thread is not showing under amphibians. I was a bit disappointing as I wanted to show off my newts. I have had a second attempt, but still the only way of seeing the thread is to go to Rowan's member page and click on recent threads.

That's odd, because I can see it and your photos, Helen... on my 'Reptiles and Amphibians' page it's the first thread. I wonder why this is happening?
I'm away until Tuesday, but if there are anymore problems can you send a pm to Snowlynx? I'll tell him to keep an eye on things!

I think it was my PC playing up.It played up big time and I had to get our IT experts in. It took them 3 days to sort it all out. Happy to say everything good now.
