I've become a little obsessed with the live streaming recently and check out the view most days. Often it's showning endless cloud or water but yesterday I caught an impressive view of the Andes poking through the cloud cover and a nice image of the coast of Paraguay (or it could have been Argentina!)

Know what you mean, Alf. As you say it is often cloud but now and then there is a clear patch that reveals the outline of continents.
I still find it amazing that we can link into something like the ISS. I count myself lucky to have lived through the transition from no personal computers(and precious few computers outside academia) and no internet, to what we have today.

I've been viewing this too, since your post, but I don't seem to be able to view in full screen any more. Is it just me? It's very small now

Just checked my access to it - it appears to switch to full screen OK at the moment but unfortunately the ISS is in a dark/nightime area so perhaps try again in a few hours.

Thanks, it must be me - I don't have the little arrows that I used to click for full screen. I'll just keep squinting

It was me - the main screen wasn't full sized so the arrows didn't show up. Once I'd expanded the main screen to full size, no problem! Doh!

See what you mean, Teasel. The link that I posted first does not appear to be working now.
Just watched the ISS go over southern Chile.
