One of the coldest weeks this winter is forecast... snow on the way for Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern England, and even London could see temps fall to -4C overnight on Tuesday but some forecasters are warning it could go as low as -10c... that's pretty chilly.
The thermometer was sitting right on 0 this morning, and the birdbath was iced over but the pond wasn't (that's my personal temperature gauge... when the pond's frozen over completely I KNOW it's cold!)
Look's like there was a lot of snow around Maidstone, but according to the Independent "Snow will fall in almost every part of the UK over the coming days."
I must remember to bring the fatball feeder in tomorrow night- else the poor birds will be pecking at frozen rock-solid suet balls.

We didn't get as cold as they predicted- only -1C, but that was quite cold enough.
