For weeks now have not picked up any of my pine martens or badgers - getting worried as to what has happened to them, all I have picked up on my spypoint is the odd bank vole, a feral cat and then an entire evening's worth of a spider weaving its web across the lens. Could not think what it was to start with! Just cut some clips to show you Publication1 by Helen Skelton, on Flickr

I wouldn't give up on them just yet, Helen. After an absence of over a month my jays finally returned, and I expect your martens and badgers won't forget a reliable food source once winter sets in! I never would have guessed that was a spider- it looks more like some sort of alien activity going on.
